T.O.S
Commission Process
* Commissioner will read the T.O.S. and submit a commission request through the form found in the "Order" section. First come first served. Provide a good amount of references, better if there is any kind of visual of the background, objects, the pose, the character, the clothing etc.* If the commission is accepted I will contact the commissioner and send an invoice for the payment. This payment must be delivered before I start the sketch within 72 hours after I accepted your commission. If you haven't paid after 72 hours, your commission slot will be re-opened. On the client request, partial payment can be made (half beforehand then half after the sketch, etc.) but you will have to make note of it in the form and I will reach you for it.* After each phase of work (Sketching, lineart, coloring) I will provide you a WIP and ask for confirmations. Major changes (i.e. poses, outfit/background change...) may be done during the sketching phase exclusively, with a maximum of four free edits. Minor edits will not be charged.* The complete work will then be sent via E-mail.
Payment
* Payment will be made through PayPal.* Only in EURO
Refund
* Before filling anything against me, please contact me.* Refunds are only possible until the flat colouring.* If the sketching is already made, I will only refund 50% of the payment.* If the refund is after the modifications of the sketching phase, I will only refund 25% of the payment.* If I am the one cutting the commission, you will be entirely refunded.* If I haven't finished one year after the payment, you can ask for full refund.
Commission rules
* No furries or mecha characters* No males (this part can be discussed but I'm not very experienced in it)* Slight NSFW comes with additionnal charges depending on the requested art. (I cannot post this piece as easily too)* Strong NSFW, such as intercourse, gore etc. is prohibited.* Files with layers aren't included in the prices.* Average waiting is usually from 1-3 months (it varies on the complexity of the piece). If you want it earlier, you have to ask me first and a fee will be added (30-60 € depending the complexity of the piece)* I can decide to not accept any commission without further explanations.* If the commissionner does not reach out to me for more than two months, I can drop the commission.* Art will be made in my style.* Sometimes, I stream my art ; specify if you do not want it to be streamed.* Art will only be sent digitally.* Terms and prices can change with time, so if you commission me again, be sure to read those again.
Commercial uses
* Commissions you intend to use for any sort of income fall into this category.* You are required to specify any form of commercialisation when commissionning and the price will change depending the scale of what you intend to do with it.* The price will double if it'll be used for ads.* The price will triple for redistribution.* Depending on the scale and objectives of the commercialisation, I can ask for more.
Your rights
* You can post the piece on your socials while crediting the artist* You can use it as a profile picture or a wallpaper.* You can print it out for personal use exclusively.
INtellectual Property rights
* As the artist, I keep all the rights on the artwork.* Commissionner or anyone else cannot claim the artwork as their own.* The art cannot be edited, that it be by the commissionner or any other party.* The artwork cannot be sold as an NFT.* WIPs and full art may be uploaded on any of my socials.* I keep full rights on the artwork and can share it. (Credits for the commissionner will be made if an OC is used)
